Some churchy words are common across denominations, others, not so much. This sermon discusses an important word for the Restoration Movement. Congregational autonomy is an important concept for Churches of Christ, but like any good concept it can still be abused.

"Fellowship" is a word bandied around any time Christians get together. John has something more akin to the "Fellowship of the Ring" in mind when he speaks of fellowship in 1 John 1.
